A bunch of thieves in there. I visited the Vodafone office in the oak Mall on the 3rd of October this year, I requested for a phone and they deliberately gave me only a sim card with the excuse that they forgot I requested for a phone, registered it and linked it to my direct debit, I rejected the sim and asked for an immediate cancellation of the contract, he told me he couldn't cancel and that I should return the following day, I visited on 3 consecutive days and he played dumb telling me he has sent a message and it has been cancelled. Only to receive a message from Vodafone on the 12th of October that the sim is active and my 1st billing was almost due, I visited the shop immediately very furious before he issued another cancellation receipt. I was however billed £23 for a sim I never even took home for a day. I complained again to customer care and they assured me they are going to refund only £17. The agent in Greenock oak Mall lied that I took the sim home for 6 days to use when they know I never even took the sim out of the office. When I confronted them, the manager told me no 1 will mind because it's my word against theirs that I took the sim card home. I dare them to play videos of their CCTV for on the 3/10/23 if I took the sim home. They deliberately do that to frustrate customers and after 14 days, you will no longer be eligible to freely cancel your contract or pay high charges to cancel. Your only option will be to be charged £23/m till your contract term expires. They are just a bunch of thieves. I am however going to go any length to make sure my money is refunded in full. This thievery must stop.

Great quick informed service. It's next door to 3 Mobile my current mobile provider, where I queued to enter. Short staffed only 2 customers allowed in at a time a sign in the doorwaysaid. Stood for, seemed ages, one of the store assistants came towards the queue. Hung a sign saying they were closing for lunch and would reopen at the usual time.My contract is up, which they haven't informed me, in a few days-wonder if I'll be staying with 3Mobil

On the 2.8.23, I visited Vodofone, Greenock Shopping Mall. I required assistance for data to be transferred from my old phone to my new phone. I was assisted by Nicola. Nicola's professionalism throughout was first class. Vodafone Management are extremely fortunate to have this person work for them. Five stars.

I am disappointed with this Vodafone! Today I came to the guys and asked to connect a contract or convenient tariff, similar to my requirements, so that the Internet was at least 20 GB and roaming. To which I received the answer - Sorry, but you do not know English and we are forced to refuse you. I went into a three-ruble note next to the Vodafone wall. Guys, my daughter and I successfully picked up an excellent contract by connecting for 2 years. I gave up Vodafone. Vodafone employees are incompetent in their work. I was disappointed.

Top marks to Connor in Vodafone. I only went in to ask how to refresh my phone as it was near capacity and he not only did that but took the time to clearly explain how to manage in future so I could enjoy my phone continuously...

Staff here pleasant and very helpful. Sometimes the way they present details of offers are a bit misleading but that is down to the company not the staff. The most annoying thing is trying to phone to ask a question. IT IS A NIGHTMARE!!!Tried to find out if local shop was open. Alas, none of the choices offered allowed me a way to speak to a human - just a machine. This just not good enough!
