I visited the Greenock store today, 28/12/2024, to get help setting up a new phone that I had purchased but had delivered. Despite the initial purchase made in another town store, Martin and Courtney were still extremely helpful and friendly, confirming that I could use my previous sim and keep my old number. They also showed me how to use the Samsung Switch app, which made the transferring of all my data easy and hassle free. Overall, I received great customer service from both of these assistants today and would recommend buying or contracting from this store.

Absoulute ridiculous i have been waiting a month and a half on my iphone 15 pro max, i was supposed to recieve on the 8th of november and didnt recieve it atall, no update, no communication nothing, i done a done deal with them and payed £500+ on a credit card to pay off my existing contract, the plan was to recieve the phone on the 8th and exchange my phone ive got now for trade in for the money back to payoff the credit on the card on that specific date, now i had to keep the phone and couldnt trade in until i got my new 1 which has caused me more interest and more problems for not repaying the money back, i contacted customer service and they sayed the delivery has been delayed and they dont know what date im goin to recieve it, put me through to complaints department and the just wouldnt accept the complaint i wanted to make and kept trying to talk me down and offerd me £20 off my next bill and thought that was going to make me smile and solve all my problems, for the size of the buisness and company they have no right to make these mistakes..... have been a very long term customer and now just thinking to scrap it all and fall away from them altogether.

Would definitely recommend getting a phone contract from Three shop in Greenock in Inverclyde. Connor who helped us with all the IT and setting up our new phones was absolutely brilliant, so friendly, honest, knowledgeable, he has excellent skills with IT and is a credit to this company, so professional and so good at his job. We will be staying now with Three, Kyle, the manager and his expert and so helpful and polite staff are totally amazing. Their fantastic customer service at this Three shop is second to none.
