Worst practice in Greenock. You can?t get appointments. Nothing is done routinely , if you ask for BP check, blood test, COPD test, none of them available. Doctors don?t want to see their patients, the receptionists don?t want you in the surgery!! Utter shambles and laziness!! I am glad to move away

I am having to take my complaint further about my lack of help and offensive remarks from Dr Kerr to me over the phone, this has greatly distressed me, I'm very concerned about my experiences with this Dr. I am in consultation with a number of outside organisations who are also very upset over what I have experienced.you will be hearing from me in the near future

Emailed my msp Stuart mcmillan... he said there isn't an issue and if I find there is I shld put in a complaintMakes you wonder....So a GP is happy to speak to a waiter in a restaurant or an assistant in a shop, but if those same people want to speak to the GP in their surgery it is ?too dangerous??!!!!

is it just me! has anyone else having problems getting prescribed medication.i take methotrexate once a week for 4 weeks simple.i ordered them along with other items on monday today is friday other items delivered phoned practice for emergency script also asked ro speak to pharmasist dont hold out much hope as still waiting on call back from 4 weeks ago l am going to raise a complaint with practice manager who is also never available.would prefer face to face in my opinion customer is never right i have reached the age where i wont stand for this every 4 weeks the service from your pharmacy is non existant

Terrible place.... avoid like the plague... you can't get through for appointments ... because the automated service hangs up on you... the prescription line is only opened 9-3... same for the enquiry line... and the practice manager is the most ignorant person I've dealt with .
