Bought 2 tins of paint, painted the undercoat on and then moved onto the exterior to find its completely the wrong colour. Called up the store that mixed it to be hung up on 4 times by a very rude and aggressive women called Helen. Asked to speak to the manager to find out that she is the manager, God knows how! She was unprepared to rectify her branches mistake even when I have explained that I have a cherry picker on hire @£60 a day. Spoke to a lovely lady at head office who is doing her best to rectify this situation and is going to make sure Helen is disciplined as her behaviour and customer service is totally unacceptable.

Delighted had been round a lot of shops looking for a cream paint for cornicing to no avail I never knew the paint shed was there a painter recommended it the shop keeper was brilliant spent time going over options he knew his stuff now I've got my paint will definitely return again
