“It has its ups and downs, really helpful with children and emergencies. Staff are polite and caring.It is my local, so being so you tend to argue with staff about prescriptions actually being handed in off of health centre and their repeat prescription ordering month on, month off etc. Mind boggling at points. They also do not do texts when prescription is ready to be collected which they advertise but don't do.”

“We dont have many shops in our mall anymore, but lucky enough Boots has stayed!Its a nice place, very clean and easy to find what you're looking for. I am a Boots advantage card holder, so this gets me discounts and points. Also I have signed up to their emails so I know when sales are etc.I have became quite a fan of No7, and Boots usually would have a gift pack for No7 so i bought myself and mum these for Christmas. Also I had a discount voucher on perfumes/aftershaves so bought my partner jean paul gaultier.I also use Boots chemist, to get my prescriptions here.its a handy, friendly place, i highly recommend.”

I visit this pharmacy every week. The staff are helpful, pleasant, informed but like the rest of us, not infallible. I’m glad they’ve kept working over the past 2 years.
