Absolute disgrace of a company,, phoned to complain regarding my neighbours garden as requires trees looked at which is the landlords responsibility and sheds falling down overgrown grass etc and was met with a highly unprofessional girl on the phone who not only got my name wrong twice but laughed at me on the phone,, absolute disgraceful how to treat someone,, avoid at all costs

Super efficient service regarding our flat sale. Very quick to visit for valuation and the sale process was thoroughly explained. The flat was quickly on the market and we accepted an offer within 10 days. We couldn't ask for better service.

The staff are too lazy/incompetent to reply to simple enquiries. They have now been reported to the relevant authorities for advertising false landlord details as well.
