“I visited the Greenock store today, 28/12/2024, to get help setting up a new phone that I had purchased but had delivered. Despite the initial purchase made in another town store, Martin and Courtney were still extremely helpful and friendly, confirming that I could use my previous sim and keep my old number. They also showed me how to use the Samsung Switch app, which made the transferring of all my data easy and hassle free. Overall, I received great customer service from both of these assistants today and would recommend buying or contracting from this store.”

“Great quick informed service. It's next door to 3 Mobile my current mobile provider, where I queued to enter. Short staffed only 2 customers allowed in at a time a sign in the doorwaysaid. Stood for, seemed ages, one of the store assistants came towards the queue. Hung a sign saying they were closing for lunch and would reopen at the usual time.My contract is up, which they haven't informed me, in a few days-wonder if I'll be staying with 3Mobil”
