Got a repair done lasted a week, went back in and the owner is so arrogant it?s unreal speaks down at me and then said they would send it away to the repairer again my son went back in and they tried to say he would be charged to get it repaired again. I would highly recommended to stay away from here

This is a genuine Company my wife was looking for a bracelet for our Grandaughter who turns 21 in July spoke to McNeils who were very obliging they told me what to do we ordered the bracelet no trouble received the bracelet the next day brilliant great prompt service would highly recommend this Company to family and friends.

Absolutely fantastic service, rang and spoke to Emily, who checked the item I wanted was in stock, processed the payment and sent the email confirmation. The package arrived the next day, using signed for Royal Mail. I cannot fault the service I received from my first call to delivery?. Many thanks, and definitely recommend. Really happy as this was a difficult item to find in shops and online, and was a Christmas gift.

My daughter got her ears pierced at another establishment and one stud got lodged inside her lobe. I came here to get a small hoop earring, thinking this was safer but staff member here sounded very knowledgeable and well informed and suggested a larger stud. She showed me all the earnings they pierce with and allowed me to put the ones we choose into my daughter's ears on their piercing cubicle. After this, she gave both my daughter's a little sweetie which made them smile.Thank you for your kindness.We will definitely come here for future piercings.

Fantastic service. This was the only place I could find a marvel avengers bracelet at the required size online. The lady on the phone couldn't have been more helpful. It arrived recorded delivery today really well packaged.

I phoned today to see if they had the marvel avengers infinity stones ring in-stock, the shop assistant answered the phone and said they had two rings in stock a size 58 & 60, I asked if they could keep ahold of one for me, but the shop assistant said they couldn't because they where the last ones. So I drove from Glasgow to Greenock to get the ring before the rings were gone, when I got to the shop, I said I had phoned about the infinity rings, the shop assistant had a look for the ring but seemed abit confused what I was talking about, the shop assistant asked to see a picture of the ring and said they don't have that ring instock, they have never stocked that product. I said I had phoned up and was told the ring was in-stock and all I get was a sorry.
