Got a repair done lasted a week, went back in and the owner is so arrogant it’s unreal speaks down at me and then said they would send it away to the repairer again my son went back in and they tried to say he would be charged to get it repaired again. I would highly recommended to stay away from here

Just ordered over the phone very nice, happy and polite lady on the phone. Not delivered yet but will be ordering again if all goes well. 17th Dec at 12 o'clock for the owner to compliment person on phone.

I visited the shop today, to have a piece of jewellery cleaned, for my daughter to wear at her wedding. The result was stunning, moreover the unexpected kindness I was shown today, was very heart warning. I will pass this kindness on ?
