Zero star for service absolutely appalling

My McDonald's review:
Why do I go here? Because it's near to where I live.
We popped in earlier for a quarter pounder with cheese meal, fries, a small cheese burger and caramel frappe. I paid the bill using my phone which pinged success and also get a receipt on the Google pay app.
The server tells me it didn't go through and asked i pay again. I told her it did and she reiterated it didn't. When I asked for a cancellation receipt, she said her terminal had froze so couldn't give me one. I had to ask for a manager at that point. Sour face came over and asked me to refresh the app several times to see if I received a cancellation of payment. I did refresh and there wasn't one. He then told me this same thing happened to someone earlier and it did eventually go through. At that point my sister pointed out to him that his terminal had 'payment successful' on it. Now bear in mind, the server asked me to pay again, and he asked several times to refresh my payment app knowing this had happened to someone earlier.
Anyway nearly ten minutes we waited for the order whilst watching them fill the milkshake machine and fulfil online orders for collection. After fiddling about with that, he then comes over and tells us the frappe wasn't working, and did we still want to wait for the burger. I'd have told him to stuff it but my sister was hungry having just travelled for 5 hours on a bus from the North of Scotland.
Seriously, the face on the manager was sour. You'd have thought if taken a dump in his soup, but it was me that was being robbed, not them.
This McDonald's never ceases to fall well below expectations. I hope every time I go there it's better than the time before, but it never is. More fool me for going.

Drive through order then had to wait 20 minutes for my order and then everything was cold,

Ordered a caramel hot chocolate on the picture it has cream and I think chocolate sprinkles but when I opened the lid no cream also my wife?s latte was cold. We got it to takeaway but only walked across the road to the hotel so not like it was a long time before drinking them

Manager was more obsessed with chatting to her pathetic wee pals and then after her conversation she buggered off into the back to flirt with burger flippers.
Do yourself a favour mark, fire everyone and start again ??

Orders constantly wrong. Barely take any notice to sit in orders, sometimes you have to go up 40-minutes after ordering a simple meal to remind them that you ordered food. Orders are ALWAYS wrong, underfilled, or missing items. Despite all this, online orders fly out the door like nobodies business while physical customers sit twiddling their thumbs. Disgrace. Really, one star is too much..
