Lloyds had been getting my repeat prescription for years with no problem, +well took over and went in for first time today only to be told they dont collect presciption now, would have been nice to inform me so now I been left with no medication, staff awful and unhelpful.

Possibly worst pharmacy in Inverclyde, never seems to be a pharmacist on, my cousin who is clinically depressed gets a weekly tray, it is never available or there is never a pharmacist on to make it, they simply dont care, and shocking customer service.

Been using this chemist for two & half years now and it is probably the worst service I've ever had from a chemist.Most occasions there is a problem and I'm made to feel like I'm putting them out when asking if it's ready for collection three or four days after prescription has went in. I'm still waiting for other half of repeat prescription from weeks ago.

The staff are amazing lovely friendly and can't help enough, can get busy but it is the main chemist in town but the girls and Greg deal with it to the best they can
