We had a nightmare last night with a pothole. We needed a new set of shock absorbers and had a car that needs to be back in Dundee tomorrow.I can't thank Billy and Connor enough. They took the car at 10am. Ordered the parts. Fitted them. We had the car back at 4.30pm.Exceptional service and constant, honest communication.Thanks a million.

I needed a tyre really quickly after a blow out. The service here was first class. I arrived in time for my appointment and I was given a very honest realistic time frame of when my cr would be seen to as it had turned out to be a very busy day. I was just glad to be seen. An issue was found with my rim having a crack and the manager called me to let me know he can change the tyre to get me home but I would need that seen to. I felt the service received was more likened to an independent local garage rather than a national chain like kwikfit. I have no reservations in recommending this kwikfit. You will be looked after and given honest answers. Thank you.
