All staff at Halfords McConechys Greenock Autocentre were extremely helpful, professional and friendly.

Allan and his team are the ultimate example of how a garage/repair service should be run. Their professionalism, knowledge and polite manner puts even the most nervous of customer at ease. I have been using them for many years and have never had a bad experience. I would highly recommend them if you are unsure who to use in the area.

Had a MOT and full servicd booked for a Saturday. Had a call on the Thursday before explaining that the testing station was broke and so would need to cancel. The lady offered to rebook at a different branch but i explained, as i work during the week, it would need to be on the weekend. Eventually got a call to say it had veen moved to Bearsden branch. Was some confusion over the time as i was originally told it would be at 2.20 bur this was then changed to 11am. Double checked with the Bearsden branch was confirmed it was at 2.20pm. I could have got there over 3hrs early but i let that slide. Today, i drove from Helensburgh all the way to Bearsden just to be told on arrival that it was in fact rebooked for Monday, despite me expressly pointing out i work in the week, and therly were too busy to fit me in. I told them to cancel in disgust after wasting two hours of my day driving there and back only to need to scramble to find somewhere else at very short notice. Complete shambles and will bever use them again.
