I hate how they have 4 staff on and the just leave you standing there waiting but most of worst I overheard the stuff say that they wear going to spit in my drink as a joke not a funny joke for a food hygiene place

When I go to this shop there are 4 members of staff and a long queue as only 1 person is willing to jump on and serve the public it is like no one else is interested in serving I realise they have jobs like the bakery and also making sandwiches rolls etc but surely they could jump on a till to help reduce the Que and then get back to there task in hand had to wait for service from at least 15 to 20 mins at times come in Greggs this is supposed to be a quick take away system please resolve as it is pain ful to see how many persons then leave as waiting to long you can do better it stems from your management
