It was before 10 am, not very busy, service was good but selection of cakes/pastries wasn't the best.Typical Costa, good coffee, with easter promotions freely available.

Manager was very ignorant and startedShouting at me.Because I asked how things where very slow. Says other stores are not this slowBecause all staff on the till and running around trying to get orders ready leavenCustomers standing around around waiting to get served.She started Shouting at me telling me not to tell HUR how to run hur shop .CALLED hur head office to complainWas told that thay would speak to hur.So today got a nice coffee and a little giggle to. Then at 04:00 goes into the Costa coffee shop to get another oneManager seen me in the queue.And started Shouting at me again SAYINGI hope that your not wanting service to get out of hur shop.For this I am now going to ask my solicitors to tell Costa coffee to get out of one of my shop that they rent .ho is laughing now.( I bet thay call me back now. )Staff very helpful and give u good service .Don't ask to speak to the manager unless you can handle being shouted at.

Got to be the worst coffee in the whole area. Cakes are good and a bit pricey but you need to get rid of the taste somehow!
