I ordered a box set and I was given one dvd less than what it should of been I returned the order back and told them this also told them the box set does not work because it glitches when confronted they refused to return my order and the staff at the GREENOCK STORE sniggered at my face said it was working in full order and I was given the full set when I wasn?t. Do not go to this company all they do is scam people. Their customer service is disgraceful and so unprofessional no wonder this place has so many bad reviews.

Staff were nice and extremely helpful, bought a faulty controller at a different store and took it into them and get it replaced. Staff could see the fault I had and everything friendliest workers I've met for this company.

customer service no good at all ..no..smiling ,no professionalism,if you ask something look angry come on!!people bring money ..take some knowledge before working and try to be nice !!

This shop or this company is nothing more than a 2nd hand shop so what gives them the right to charge people more than full retail prices on there items? It is damn right criminal it definitely should be against the law, My daughter bought a second hand nintendo system that actually cost more than if she would have bought from Tesco or Currys, oh and I remember selling PlayStation 5s for £700+ so how can this be justified?, A terrible company with terrible practices and should be sued for the greed alone!, bunch of CRIMINALS!.
