Carpet didn't last a month. Issues with pile. Carpet fitters attended and took pics and pulled back carpet. Phone call next day to say looks like a spillage ( I haven't spilled anything). Or water from my shoe (shoes are off at front door). The tread is gone on the carpet where I sit on the settee. Was advised to get a good industrial cleaner in as should bring pile back. I didn't bother to argue or reason. Lost my business.
Won't be using for rest of flat, will go elsewhere.

After a lot of House Upgrades, which have been long, expensive and painful in completion, it was so refreshing to have such a complete top quality service provided in every stage of the process.We were given unbiased views on what carpers and underlay to buy. Fitting scheduling was quick and easy to arrange. The team turned up on time and providing the best fitting service possible.A few key points -One of the carpets I bought is probably their cheapest carpets - stair and a room I use occasionally but the quality is great.The stair carpet fitting is first class which is commendable since the skirting, in part, is bevelled at the bottom edge - I ran out of straight edge when fitting years ago.I cancelled part of the fitting just before Christmas at short notice but this was rearranged without a complaint, quickly and at a time that worked for me.Thanks again and I would not hesitate to recommend or using in the future.

Good selection of carpets to choose from, staff very helpful and polite, my first time visiting carpet world ( we, my wife and i ) picked a nice carpet, underfelt and carpet grips and, we feel that we got a very good deal plus, they I,ts free fitting, what more can you ask for, my carpet is still to be delivered and fitted only then will I be able to comment on the carpet fitters themselves but, so far so good why not take a pop in for yourself if you're in the market for a new carpet ( that sounds catchy even if I do say-so myself ) you wont be disappointed, I'm sure. ???

Not open on a Friday at 4pm, also not open at the weekend. I've used them before and they've been very good. Not happy today though with opening times.
