Waited about an hour for our food then when it came some of the order was missing. To top all this off the staff were really dismissive and couldn?t eat our food due to flies swarming about everywhere. Very disappointing as the cafe used to be good.

Ordered lunch to be delivered via the Just Eat app. Ordered chicken mayo toastie, baked potato with tuna mayo, and two lattes. Everything was delicious. It was great being able to see the progress of my order and where the courier was. Delivery was prompt and courier very friendly and polite. Well done to all concerned.

I popped in here for a quick roll at lunch. I opted for a bacon and potato scone. The service was brilliant, lovely girls. I asked for an extra hot latte, and the server never batted an eye, and it came roasting hot, just as I like it. The tables and floor were all clean and it wasn't at all expensive. If I had one very small criticism, it wasn't HP brown sauce (I can tell the difference..?) but it wasn't the worst I've tasted. I will definitely pop back in again.

Dirty cutlery, however, the workers apologized and gave us new, clean cutlery. The food is for those who are used to the type of oiliness. The taste is a 50/50 and somewhat reminds me of the food in school. And that's about it.

Waited 45 minutes after the agreed delivery time for two steak paninis,they were cold and they omitted the salad,coleslaw, onions and mushrooms, complete and utter garbage,and the cheek to put a service charge on it taking it up to£16.78,avoid this place like the plague.

I have visited a few times now and ordered things i knew and it was excellent. One day i ask the waitress to recommend a pasta dish I used my chips to clean the plate it was awesome the menu is now a bucket list. Friendly staff makes it all better

Was in for a coffee last Friday when a guy came in told everyone that the owner only pays the waitresses £6 per hour!!! He keeps the tips when the customer pays by card. The cash tips aren't shared out properly either. The owner watches every customer & the waitresses which is pretty creepy.

Decent enough place but wasnt happy when i found out my tips when paying by card were going straight to the owner and not to the waitresses that i was tipping for the service i havent been back since then

I got the sweet chili jalapeño chicken. Let me tell you, it was DELICIOUS! I wasn?t sure what to expect since it?s new to me. But the sweet mixed with the spicy sauce over juicy chicken breast was not he best meal I?ve had in Scotland! I would recommend this to anyone who like spicy food and chicken. ??

Was insulted the moment we stepped through the door. Accidentally left the door open on entry and when the waitress went to shut it I apologised as I hadn't noticed it did not shut behind me. The waitress responded with "its ok if you were raised in a barn". Decided to let that go thinking maybe she was trying her hand at "banter". Was given a menu and my friend asked what flavours of milkshake was offered and the same waitress didn't even use her words .. she just pointed to the picture of a Strawberry and chocolate milkshake then walked away. (There wasn't anything stating either chocolate or strawberry other than the pictures so there was no other way of knowing if other flavours were offered.) After this exchange we were taken aback and felt rather uncomfortable with staying. After seeing the same waitress interact with the table next to us in a perfectly friendly manner (first name basis so obviously friends of hers) and ignore us again we decided to leave. Shame since I heard lovely things about the place but bad customer service led to not even trying anything from the menu.
