This is the go to shop in the local area for new and used furniture. The downside is that they wont intuitively barter with you but instead the item must have lay on the shop floor for 3 weeks until the first reduction happens. While systems are good, this one is not a practical one in my opinion as you can bring in more goods to the shop floor if you sell the current ones faster. Ultimately earning the charity more money by being faster, which also makes customers more happy as well since they leave with a good deal. Maybe reduce the 3 weeks wait for reductions down to 1 week? Thats my take on it. As for the staff here, theres Sarah who is lovely and reasonable, but theres an older lady here who is always moody and gets into big arguments with her own staff. I find her to be very unpleasant 100% of the time.

Great place to shop Sarah and the team. Are first class all very friendly and helpful and a great cause shop here very frequently

Tried to donate a large table and 6 chairs in immaculate condition guys turn up to collect there are only 2 fire retardant stickers on the chairs can't take it but the chairs are all the same doesn't matter that's the law. Won't waste my time again.

Don?t bother donating to this store. .I went into the shop to arrange a pick up of furniture and brick a brac with photos of each item. The was approved by a paid member of staff for pick up. When they arrived today they only took two items as they say no matter what is agreed it?s at the discretion of the driver. So I?m left to try to get my furniture collected in some other way. Don?t use this Greenock store. A waste of your time.

Lovely people work here and go out of their way to help you with delivery.....just make sure that the furniture had been properly cleaned before delivery! :-)
