Phoned up today to get advice from the pharmist girl who answers keeps saying during the conversation we are short staffed can you phone back later I explain I'm looking for advice and want the pharmist to phone me back with my problem how rude was this? We dont have many shops in our mall anymore, but lucky enough Boots has stayed!Its a nice place, very clean and easy to find what you're looking for. I am a Boots advantage card holder, so this gets me discounts and points. Also I have signed up to their emails so I know when sales are etc.I have became quite a fan of No7, and Boots usually would have a gift pack for No7 so i bought myself and mum these for Christmas. Also I had a discount voucher on perfumes/aftershaves so bought my partner jean paul gaultier.I also use Boots chemist, to get my prescriptions here.its a handy, friendly place, i highly recommend.

Boots in Greenock is ok. not absolutely fantastic and it's an odd shape as well, because of the way that it is built in shopping centre.you can't get a Wi-Fi signal and also you can't get an EE signal at the back of the shop either, so it's hard to update your app, if you are in there.sometimes it gets very busy and they don't have a lot of staff at till, so you can have a good wait at times
