Needed an urgent windscreen washer fix. They kindly fitted the car in straight away and made the car road-legal, so I?d be able to get back home safely. As it was a quick fix they said ?no charge?, but we gave them a wee tip. They were extremely helpful, friendly and we are super grateful. I would definitely recommend them.

Broke down locally whilst on holiday, was booked up for 3 weeks in advance. Only need a thermostat changing, zero interest in helping the customer, solely focussed on making their own lives easier. I asked where I could wait whilst it was being fixed, was told to go for a walk. They clearly don't need your business if they're so booked up, go elsewhere, I did.

Absolutely awful.My car was in for a 48hr job, I got it back 6 weeks later. The only time the garage called me was to ask when I was handing back the courtesy car and to tell me mine was ready to collect (arrived at the garage and it wasn?t). The mechanic talked a lot but said nothing and in all honesty, I don?t even know if my car actually needed a whole new part or if a replacement seal would?ve been sufficient.To sum up - if you don?t actually need your car and are happy to listen to endless verbal diarrhoea - this is the garage for you.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was given my car back and the problem wasn't resolved. Despite having to go to another garage for the problem to be fixed I was still charged. Communication from the garage about the problem was extremely poor.Service: General repairs & maintenance
