I was in just the other day and was talking to a staff member called Tammy who helped me alot setting up my kit and getting me the right liquids. She also said if I ever need any more help to come back and ask for her or tricha. It was a great experience thank you Grangemouth will definitely be back :)

I was in Grangemouth shop today looking for a new kit, Tammy was absolutely amazing and very patient. Tammy was very knowledgeable about all the products and helped me choose the right one for me and nee flavours for me to try out. Tammy also set everything up for me and explained how it all worked. Tammy was very personable, helpful and has a good sense of humour.I will definitely be back.Thank you Tammy.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I was a complete novice and had very little knowledge about what would help me quit smoking. The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering advice and suggestions to suit my own needs. The fact that I could sample products before making a decision on what would work for me was hugely helpful. Can't praise the staff enough! Top quality service and advice ? Left feeling really excited as I endeavoured to quit smoking. Since then I have drastically cut down and am well on my way to quitting. Thank you again! Definitely my go to for all my vaping needs.

Highly recommend this brilliant wee shop! ??Visited with my wife at the weekend (after making the mistake of going to a store in Falkirk) to begin our cigarettes-to-vape quitting journey.The two young ladies we spoke to (Tricia & Lucy) went out of their way to help with honest opinions, letting us try different flavours via testers in store and sharing excellent advice on devices and liquids for us newbies.Already been back for supplies, I won't be going anywhere else.??
