a bit pricy for a OAP. After reading my review, I was invited by the branch manager to come in and discuss it. When I arrived I was told that the manager I spoke to wasn't in , but another manager was available to speak with me. When I explained my complaint's to him about the standard of finishing on the frames, was substandard, he repeatedly told me that this was the standard finishing on their frames, These frames cost me £370 after a 20% discount, so if the standard from Specsavers is so low I would advise any sane minded people to give them a very wide berth.

Staff communication is awful. Walked out and girl ran after me as she hadn't finished the tests They were more interested in sales than the customer care. .

Bitterly disappointed with my experience at spec savers spent two visits and still no prescription but tried selling me lenses I didn?t want or need
Aparently they won?t give you a prescription if you won?t buy any lenses but they get money from nhs for sight tests they don?t give you free prescriptions for contact lenses even though they charge nhs for this service
