Called Rix Tuesday to order oil, was delivered by lunchtime nxt day. Excellent company, used them for years, never any problems.

We ran out (our fault for not keeping an eye on the kerosene level) but Rix were right on it. The customer service reps, who answer the phones for the Grangemouth depot, are never anything less than polite, professional and just downright pleasant to chat with. Quick delivery offered, and each time they've arrived before...

Payed driver cash on delivery I counted it he counted it then when he back to depot the was £20 short months to sort out then they said it was banking error
