Tried their ministrone soup & the only good thing about it was it was hot & not warm like in some other eateries BUT it was gie watterly with hardly anything in it. Check out Crumbs near opposite the o2 shop & u will see a loaded bowl (not mug) of ministrone soup.

been trying to phone from 9am to 12pm, the phone rings out, how about answer the phone? I have to get a taxi down and back, a phone call enquiry being answered to save wasting money would be nice

Usually 2/3 women on the desk dealing with half of Grangemouth and more all the time. People have the cheek to complain about standing waiting when each person usually has 3+ parcels each. Good staff and get the job done. Never lost a parcel sending through them either compared to other Falkirk area offices. Deserved 5 star

We tried to phone Mr Sarges (Grangemouth Post Office) from abroad to discuss a situation where a girl of 16 years old got scammed to send a product. We wanted time for the police to get involved and to understand what MR Sages might need from the police.Mr Sarges told us to get lost and to stop calling him. He would not even give us a minute to explain the situation.Just by mentioning the word fraud made him cuss at us.A friend tried to call and Mr Sages just put the phone down next to him without trying to engage.How can we be helped with such an attitude of nonchalant behaviour?Disappointed in Mr Sages and his willingness to be helpful and inability to engage professionally.
