I came across this company while looking for some new fly leader. Once I order, I noticed the massive selection of barbless flies so swiftly made a second order straight away. I soon received a phone call from Tracy explaining how she had not got any of the leader I request, but she offered me an alternative. Tracy was lovely to deal with, very professional and friendly. After a 20 minute phone call, chatting away about all things fly fishing related. I felt like I had known Tracy for years. I received the package the next day with a nice personal note. I haven't received such a great personal experience before, and now I won't be ordering my flies anywhere else again. You have gained a customer for life. I have since recommended this company to 2 of my mates who will no doubt be making an order each very soon.
