Very disappointed wi salesman spoke all week told he would get car touched up and valeted told to leave to Saturday goes threw spent £30 on train fair wen got ther car was dirty inside and out and still had scratched marks on it which was told he would take care of a waste of my time and money won't use them ever

Terrible service experience. Car was booked in for 8.40am. Staff finally took car in to begin at 9.10am. Had informed staff was in a rush and they seemed to deliberately take longer. Waited another 30minutes after I was told service was complete for car to be brought out. This was a mobility car service and my partners hospital appointment was missed. She is not left in pain. I Would not recommend for service. It should be noted we were only having to wait at all because they had cancelled our courtesy car two days prior.

Bought a car from here in December, trading in my old car, which had outstanding finance on it. I provided the settlement figure for the outstanding finance to the salesman, and was told this had all been sorted at the beginning of January. However, after phoning the finance company for my old car I found out Evans Halshaw still hadn't paid the settlement figure, with the quotation due to expire. I left several messages for someone to get back to me on this, all ignored. I discovered that the finance had finally been settled, 5 days late. Consequently there is an outstanding charge I am liable for due to the late payment. I have tried emailing and calling several times to ask Evans Halshaw to pay this, since it is a result of their oversight, all ignored. I am now having to pay it myself, to prevent my credit score from being affected. Long story short, once these guys have your money they couldn't care less about customer service. Avoid.

After my parents having bought a new car yesterday I had go at least have a look myself. I fell immediately in love with a 2020 Ford Focus and Grant was very accommodating in showing me the car and arranging a test drive. Extremely happy with the service and car. Would definitely let Grant sell me another if I had rockstar wages.
