Pros...Absolutely love my new kitchen Dougie and his team were fantastic.Cons... Kitchen was ment to be started on 7th june got a call from Jack on the 4th to say because of staff shortage they wouldn't be starting till the next monday 14th. It didn't start till 16th. Fitters knew nothing about the staff problems.I on 3 occasions for different reasons called the shop to speak to Jack but he was never available and although I was told he'd call me back he never did.It's now been 4weeks since my kitchen was completed and I've not had any phone call asking if I'm happy. My kitchen cost just short of £10,000 I'm disappointed that after spending this amount a courtesy call asking if I'm happy didn't come.Jack talked the talk when designing the kitchen but once he got our money (which had to be paid before the work started) then any contact stopped. Just had a new kitchen fitted, we're delighted with the design and work carried out. Dougie and David the fitters were excellent, very neat and tidy work, cheers guys.

Delighted with the overall service from this company after reconfiguring our house to go open plan. Jack was very knowledgeable and had great ideas from knocking the wall down to the creative layout of the new kitchen. Loved seeing the design in 3d that I could then orientate around the room to help me truly visualise what it would look like, very clever technology. The kitchen is everything I had hoped for and more, a modern grey gloss with all the trimmings including my personal favourite the swish wine cooler. The service was excellent, nothing was ever a bother to the team at C&C, always happy to help, delivery was on time as promised and the quality of the kitchen was of a very high standard. Thoroughly recommend this local family run business.
