My wife went there last night after a 6 hour drive home. She went here because she discovered she had a flat tyre. The guy was closing up and refused to turn on the machine and got in his car and drove away, leaving a woman stranded at 11pm on her own. What an utter disgrace.

Nothing great. No proper coffee machine not clean. Just 1 toilet nearly broken. Basically the place has very poor conditions. I will never come back here. Why is the BP name on it ? Shame. Must be just costcutter name.

Absolutely DO NOT use this petrol station for petrol/diesel. I put £10 in my car and I didn?t even get 2 miles out it. I phoned to speak to the manager and he was so rude and cheeky, told me there was nothing they can do, he mentioned trading standards and I said will I go there and he replied ?yes? then told me not to threaten him. In the end he ended up hanging up the phone to me, the worst customer service I have ever experienced before. I will be taken this all the way, disgusting attitude for a manager. If he treats customers this way can only imagine how he is treating his staff.
