Worst banking service I have ever used. Cashier never had a clue how to use the machine. Machines were faulty, total joke of a service all outdated!

Attended Grangemouth branch today as the Falkirk branch is currently closed. An atm kept my card last Saturday, due the postal strike i have not as yet recieved a new one.. I took bank statements, my expired card and a utility bill. The lady i dealt with was great, understanding and i was able to make a cash withdrawal... read full comment
