Nipped in when passing through and it is bigger than it looks. Only need a couple of things so not sure how it is for a full shopping. The cafe was awful. The worst I've ever been in. Service was terrible and slow. Staff looked miserable and stressed. One was serving at the till and taking out the food so had to abandon waiting customers to serve the other ones. But then the new owners of ASDA really don't give a toss about their staff in general.

Fairly big supermarket for general and quick shopping. The staff is very helpful. It also has a petrol station.

Was here the other day and served myself at the self service checkout. Got charged twice for the same transaction so reported it to a member of staff. Was told there's nothing they can do. Sorry but not good enough.

Can?t thank the lady at the bakery enough. Went in to get a photo birthday cake and I was filled with dread as I didn?t really know what I was doing. I asked at the bakery counter if someone could help me. The lady was so helpful and the cake looked, and tasted, amazing. Thank you.

I usually enjoy shopping at Asda Grangemouth, but my past few recent experiences have left me quite frustrated. The staff at the self-checkout, particularly a member named Carroll, need some serious customer service training.
Whenever an item requires authorisation, Carroll seems to have a habit of creeping up behind customers without a word. Instead of offering a polite "Can I help you?" or "Please allow me to authorise this," she abruptly and almost patronisingly says, "Can I get it?" It's jarring and frankly, quite rude.
Additionally, I witnessed Carroll interacting with an elderly woman who mistakenly took her trolley to the wrong checkout. Instead of calmly explaining the situation and helping the customer understand her mistake, Carroll pointed rudely and ordered the woman to move her trolley to the correct area. A little patience and guidance would have gone a long way in this situation.
I don't mean for this to sound harsh, but I hope the right people see this review. Carroll's bossy attitude towards paying customers is unacceptable and needs to change. Respect and politeness should be a given, not an exception.

Staff are downright rude at the self service constantly spoken to like "rubbish" the level of customer care or even respect is zero. Incident occurred today at 10/08/24 @ 13:53
I was in with my puppy who is training to be my assistance dog so as part of this it's important to get her socialised with surroundings etc I suffer with autism and cptsd not that it's anyone's business and this is my issue I do not need any proof my dog is a service dog nor are you allowed to question me on my disability maybe check up on the laws regarding service dogs and educate yourselfs.
staff member was rude and condescending as if I was telling lies I had to leave my partner in the shop as he is my carer because I felt scared and uncomfortable after said staff member told me I must leave my shopping now and leave the shop absolutely disgraceful to put a vulnerable disabled adult in an uncomfortable and unsafe situation so unfortunately this is our last visit constant issues here with rude and nasty staff.
Official complaint will also be logged

As someone with autism, I rely heavily on the large signs above the aisles to help me find things and not get lost. Recently this store has moved products so that the signs no longer match what is in the aisle. I find this distressing and confusing and it really makes the shopping experience stressful for me.Also, my discount card doesn't work anymore since the new tills were introduced.

Shelf filling on a morning is very poor, with empty shelves. When they have been worked on the staff leave cardboard on the floor for customers to slip on.
