A great dealership. I was looked after by Brooke and Lauren.Brooke has an amazing knowledge of the vehicles in stock, will have a laugh with you and answer every question you have about a car. A fantastic aid in the search for my now new car.Lauren made the process as simple and as pain free as possible for me. Kept me regularly updated on the process and was wonderful when looking after me in the branch.Both of these ladies were fantastic whilst purchasing my new car and i look forward to seeing them again in the future.

I honestly wish I read the reviews here before coming to you as I am experiencing the same horrible poor service that so many others have experienced from your service department. Customers have been complaining for years, you put up the same responses saying you take complaints seriously and yet you are still repeating the same errors. Niamh and Abby avoid calls, claim they are busy and promise to ring back with an update and never bother to.You guys actually need to shut down or stop dealing with Mercedes. My feedback is nice compared to what I really want to say.Definitely not coming back

The service department is absolute rubbish. Really poor communication, they promise to return calls but never do. I paid for a new engine which they promised will be fixed in 7 days. It?s been over 2 weeks now without any updates and they are literally avoiding my calls instead of giving an explanation. Totally unprofessional and I won?t be coming back here after this

After a shockingly bad experience with Eastern Mercedes-Benz Newbridge I almost gave up in Mercedes-Benz dealers but Arnold Clark were fantastic servicing my C63 today can't recommend them enough.

The transaction to buy my new GLA and trade in my old car couldn?t have gone any smoother. David Lyon and the rest of the team at Mercedes Grangemouth were extremely helpful and answered any queries I had fully and promptly. I would not hesitate to buy from them again or to recommend them to any of my friends or family.

I recently purchased two cars from this dealership, after cancelling at another Arnold Clark dealership for not great service.Will in sales here was good and we got a deal done on two nearly new cars.Unfortunately, he went on holiday and I?ve since then I?ve had no communication, despite emailing managers and my cars still haven?t arrived!I purchase several cars every year and have never experienced such poor service. No wonder Mercedes like to sell online with dealerships like this!My view is that Arnold Clark shouldn?t be dealing with premium cars as they cannot provide the basic service that the customer expects.The yellow stickers look tacky and there?ll be coming right off, along with the badges on both cars that the dealer was supposed to remove but failed that one simple request.Not impressed!

Whilst I have not actually made a Mercedes purchase, I was very impressed with David Lyon. He could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable throughout our dealings. His level of thoroughness was impressive, and his manner and personality was a breath of fresh air. David's approach helped to restore my faith in the Motor industry, as I did not always have such a positive experience at other Dealerships. With the right car, I would have no hesitation at all in doing business with him in the future!

2nd time I have purchased a A class from this dealership and I have had no issues whatsoever. Beautiful cars George and David Lyon who dealt with them past and present both excellent communicating and explained everything. Bar has been raised again as quality used cars for me have been exceptional. I will always purchase from this garage no quarrels.

Brought my car in to have a health check and I can honestly say I received an excellent professional service from Stuart and the team at Mercedes Grangemouth, they went above and beyond and even resolved an issue another garage made to my car.

Currently having a nightmare experience due to the A class I bought from this garage. They sold me a faulty car that has no end of problems since day 1. The AC compressor needed replaced at a cost of £1400. Arnold Clark then tried to charge me for this even though it was covered under warranty. Their excuse is that I went to a local Arnold Clark garage for service and their systems aren?t linked. In 2023 this is inexcusable. Then because I went to my local garage on the recommendation of the salesmen that sold me the car, I lost my free Mercedes Assistance cover. I phoned to complain but they?re not interested. They basically said I was lying about why I went to my local garage. The next major problem was my drivers display went blank. Now with no free access to Mercedes Assistance I was asked to pay £181 to get my car into the garage. Once in the garage they found the fault with the display which should be covered under warranty. However, a few days later they also found a water ingress problem which may invalidate the warranty and I?m told I?ll have to cover the costs of any problem caused by the water ingress running into 1000?s of pounds. Again, Arnold Clark are taking no responsibility for these issues. I?ve sent complaints and details as to why I?m convinced they sold me the car with these issues but they send short replies taking no ownership at all. Once you buy a faulty car from Arnold Clark their after sales care is the worst I?ve ever experienced. Their service team are obnoxious and won?t take any responsibility for the garbage that they are selling you. Look up their reviews on Trust Pilot. There must thousands of reviews like my own. I?ve been a loyal customer with this mob but they have gone so far downhill I?ll never be back. I?m now in the process of seeking legal action as they have sold me a ticking time bomb of a car that has so many problems I?m scared to drive it. Not that I can drive it atm as the car stuck outside my house needing costly repairs. They?ve not heard the last from me.

Very disappointed with this company, put my A class in for a new pump there. was smoke comming out , 2 weeks later engine completely went , cost 1,500 for the pump , and we could not afford to get the car stipped to find out the problem , which was after pump was fitted , also the car was a 2015 , only done 60,000 miles , so I asked them to take at least some responsibility and give a bit leaway , as engine was costing £6,000 for a new engine , would not help tho , so had to sell car for £2,500, totally gutted , as went there for years my husband and I had all cars serviced there , also bought 3 cars off them , and then when I complained the manager said you have a final bill for , £650 , talk about putting salt in the wounds , definitely won?t be back , my husband taking his Mercedes elsewhere for its service now , so they are cutting nose of to spite there face , causeMy husband would have spend lot of money in future there , thanks for nothing ??.. also my husbands father spend ££££££ there to for years , lost a very loyal customer ..after spending £25,000 on the car from them , I was left with £2,500 ? I will also be putting my review on my social media to warn my friends and family , hurt and angry is an understatement ,,,,
