Very nice and friendly staff, we traveled from Helensburgh, we were three adults and four kids. We had fish and chips, it was very nice fish and chips. We will recomend them.

Butterd Roll hamburger tomato sauce nottin fancy but usually for the price up where I stay u get 2 hamburger on it but it is what it is but was decent and delicious so no complaints at awl service was spot ondefo go in again when in area

Terrible service, missed items from the order and told us we should come down to pick them up or wait till they 'get a chance' to send them over as they were busy. Of the items we did receive most of them were cold. Won't be wasting my time with this place again.

Food arrived 30mins early so I was disgusted to see my food was overcooked! The batter on the fish could?ve broke a window and fish underneath was tasteless!!

Stepped off the Dunoon ferry, bought my tivket for Central station, it was absolutely oishing of rain and i was miserable after leaving my holiday a day early, so in the craply rain i wandered about Gourock finding a chippy to cheer me up, came across Giannis and i swear I heard an angels choir. Anyway, i normally dont get fish and chips because most fish is tasteless but i gave this place a try and i swear its the best fish and chips ive had in a VERY long time. It cheered me right up and i scranned it on the train back to glasgow, they even double bagged it for me because it was so stormy outside.
The service was great, very talkative with a friendly smile.
I wish i lived in gourock because i would order from you all the time. Anytime i find myself in gourock, guarentee ill be back for that fish again!

I got the lunchtime Sausage Supper. The sausage was good, however the chips were a little bit undercooked and soggy.

Most disgusting chippy I?ve ever been in.The man treats the girls like rubbish and puts out inedible food and makes the two girls take the back lash. The minute you say anything is wrong he pretends he doesn?t speak English.

This used to be the best chippy in Inverclyde but sadly is not anymore.Loyal customers can expect to receive reheated fish and chips total rubbish from a place that used to sell the best suppers.

Staff seemed disinterested and didn?t bother adding the salt and vinegar I asked for. Portions sizes on the small side and barely any gravy or tomato sauce. The chips tasted like they?d been done in old oil and most had the consistency and chewability of a deep fried toenail. Don?t think we?ll be back.

I order super size fish £8.70 & large chips £2.30 but the portion of fish was so so small (must be less than 20 grams) that I was in shock to see. I am very much disappointed with price per product rate.

Agree with Ian Brodie's review. Sad excuse for a fish supper! What's going on? Won't be ordering again.
