Regularly stinks of body oder apparently they don't know how to wash or wear deodorant. They woman there is okay the but the guys stink god help the customers on a hot day the smell of fuel as u walk out is a relief ?

Be careful when you fill up there they cheat with the amount. I stopped at this gas station two days ago. I have a quarter of fuel in the tank. I drive a van that holds 70 liters. a quarter is about 17.5 liters approximately. I should have had at least 15 liters. At one point I fill up to the top and when I look at how much I have filled up 70.45 liters. Where did this fuel fit. Or I have an extra reserve in the van that I don't know about. Or at this gas station they lie with the amount.

went for fuel @17:00 at shell toll gorebridge the gentleman if you want to call him that (person) that was on has no Customer service at all, to busy on his phone, watching something, I am surprised that he can use the till as does not even lift his head to acknowledge you. This is not the first time this has happened. A please and thank you goes a long way. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Toilets are disgusting, rarely ever have Toilet roll. Staff can be friendly depending on time of day. Coffee machine is always dirty. Fuels dear enough but even crisps are extortionate here - use the van over the road for a decent cuppa & something to eat!

Shame... Visited 4th Shell in Edinburgh and again the air machine is out of service? Really? Why? It's 6.5 degree's outside. I am extremely disappointed.. The question is what should drivers do? It's all about the safety..

Small & no car wash but I've recently made this one my first choice as the staff are much friendlier here.Especially the guy who was working around 1pm on 29th Sep 2020, I was very stressed & upset that day & he couldn't have been nicer to me. That type of customer service shouldn't go unnoticed as it's rare these days.Also need to add praise for the dark haired guy who sometimes works during the night as he is always polite & friendly. Def worth staying up late for :)

I use this on my way to work each morning. Always friendly staff, cracking a smile and exchanging conversation. Espically the young lads. Hygenic shop with plenty of range stock to select from..
