Well we're do I start. I Ordered salt and pepper Ribs and my partner ordered duck spring rolls to start. They arrived within minutes this is when we should of left. Duck rolls were dry and tasteless. The Ribs were ...well I don't know what to say, they tasted awful they had a weird smell and taste they were all different shapes and sizes and nothing like any Ribs I have ever had before needles to say these were uneaten. Again this is when we should of got up and left. We decided to stay thinking the mains have got to be better how very wrong we were I ordered chicken fried rice with a portion of curry sauce, my partner ordered chilli chicken fried rice with a portion of curry sauce. The portions were of a decent size but that is about the only thing that was decent. My chicken fried rice was luke warm at best, the rice was all clumped together obviously overcooked and tastless the chicken looked and tasted like it had been boiled in a pot of dish water and mixed in with the rice, the curry sauce again had a weird taste and not it a good way. My partners chill chicken fried rice lacked any hint of chilli again the rice was all clumped together and overcooked, the only difference between her rice and mine was they seemed to add some kind of food colouring to try to make it look more appetising, believe me it didn't work the only thing that was edible was the portion of prawn crackers. We didn't eat any of our mains just asked for the bill paid it and left. Not once was we asked if there was a problem with either the starter or the mains which I find really strange considering we hadn't eaten either of them Waste of £46 Enter this establishment at your own peril you have been warned

Food was not great, service was quick but not very friendly. Picked up food and the main restaurant looked okay but the pickup area looked quite dirty. Very expensive and not worth it.Vegetarian options: It does have a decent amount of options but food is not very good quality

Like going back in time, run down and in need of attention - just 5 tables were occupied and 3 had issues. Nothing to keep the basic food warm, spare ribs came without a warm water finger bowl, asked and got a tiny bowl of stone cold water, had to chase drinks which had been forgotten (like the next table). Very pleasant staff but really have to watch what's going on in the restaurant - NOT a complicated thing to fix and should be sooo much better. An experience we will not revisit at this

Gave this place a try as was passing by and was hungry. It doesn't look the cleanest and the place was frozen. Food was OK nothing more nothing less.

We have used the kwei lin for around 10 years. We have always experienced very good customer service. The food has always been to a high standard and still hot upon quick delivery. However. This evening we ordered. Still fast delivery and hot. BUT the wrong items. We called the restaurant and got greeted by a very HOSTILE female. She would not help and if we wanted the order rectified we would have to pay for the replacement!. WE SHALL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN.

Ordered food and was told it would be 1 hour, 2 hours later called backing to to be asked by the lady behind the counter what do you want me to do about it lovely customer service. still waiting on my order

One of three Chinese restaurants in the area, in my opinion it's the best one, BC (before covid) the restaurant was the best place for a meal with a loved one, the owners are extremely friendly and welcoming, if you are new to this restaurant I highly recommend the chicken curry and egg fried rice with peas, it is delicious and filling.
