“I am have various coordination problems and I walk with a walker. I had to return a parcel. Chelsea went out of her way to give me a hand ,as there were no other customers at the time. I am so grateful, she more or less packaged up the parcel and stuck on the labels I herself.I would also like to mention one or the male staff, who went through the store to fetch parcel bags.
