My wife and I cannot thank "Lorna" at TUI Glenrothes enough for her patience and professionalism. Consistently cheerful, helpful and very knowledgeable, she could not have been more helpful. Her customer handling management style was an example for others to aspire to reach. She helped source numerous options, never once tried to force the issue and was continually upbeat. We left feeling content that she helped us secure a good deal for a holiday that we cannot wait to attend.
