Got my motorcycle boots resoled costing £80. Sent away took 4 weeks, more than pleased with the result. Excellent service, hope they last another 7 seasons.

Disappointed with the service this week. The gentleman completely ignored me on the way in and then decided to serve me after at least 5minutes of waiting....I said Good Morning to which I had no response. I considered not having my shoes repaired but bit my lip and ordered and paid for the repair. On receiving the shoes next day from younger polite employee I was surprised that the shoes hadn't even been polished. I won't be spending £80 there again!

Went in to get a quote on a repair for my automatic watch. Staff member who was in originally said it would need to be send away and would cost at least £100 but after look at my watch was able to spot the issue and fix it in store. I was not charged for this service and for that I am extremely grateful.

Scott was recommended to me for fixing my walking boots. Excellent repair at a reasonable price. Won't go past Timpson now if I need any shoes repaired.

The buttons on my old key had broken so I switched over the internals myself but couldn?t cut the key myself so went to the Glenrothes Branch. The gentleman behind the till was very helpful and explained they couldn?t cut a blank I had purchased elsewhere but was able to get me a new key in about 10 minutes.

Where else can you go for shoe repairs nowadays???? I just wish it wasn't so expensive!But, there is a great selection of shoelaces!They also do key-cutting. ?

Total rip off prices for shoe laces!! One third of the price on Amazon or eBay!!
