Waiting 45 minutes to be served due to just eat taking priority over everyone in store.
1 person making the sandwiches while 2 people sat back waiting to load the salad. Could they have not jumped in to make the sandwiches?

Do. Not. Order. From. Here. SO disappointed!! AND my juice didn?t arrive!! When all I wanted was the juice:?( had to bin the whole thing, it was shameful. £30 worth as well, and that was with free delivery! For 3 6 inch and 2 bottles of juice, which I didn?t receive. Just?. Don?t do it, go somewhere else bros?

I remember when getting a subway was exciting. Now its just disappointing. Every sub has a silly stupid name. Portion sizes have been reduced to almost nothing aswell and it's heavy overpriced.

Terrible place. Always out of stock, staff are weird and rude, and the whole place looks very out of date. Always have excuses as to why they?ve not got products. they just can?t be arsed getting them ready. Definitely the worst branch in

Worst food experience ever, to the point I had to complain to the manager, who went all red faced when I present the disgraceful festive meal they served me, soggy bread with no filling, I asked does that look like the picture and he said we are only allowed to put so much in ?there was nothing in it? I said would you pay £17 for this crap and he again went red faced. I asked for my money back and he advised he cannot do that and that I go online. Which, I have and again complained because the food was just soooooo shocking bad. I have used St Andrews subway and the food is great with a great service. Glenrothes branch needs shutting down, the place was grubby too. Stay well away guys..
