I have been with specsavers since 2006 and lately have found the staff to be extremely helpful. Graham fitted my glasses and he was very patient and helpful. Also Cheryl was extremely helpful too. I have noticed big changes in the Glenrothes store. The manager Claire greeted my partner and I with a very friendly smile.....she was also extremely helpful. All round 10/10. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Specsavers.

just driven all the way down here for an appointment for my daughter which she booked online to find out that it's not booked properly on your system. u
your manager is advising that it is not your fault not even willing to accommodate us despite my wife having to go into hospital to have a child this week we don't don't have the time to be waiting and my daughter booking it online no one cares. well that's specsavers lost me as a customer

Optician was competent. Sales and fitting were terrible. Ten visits to get spectacles correct. Next pair completely bad fit.
