Staff are rude they never have any food ready this is a constant issue going in and being told in a rude manner you have to wait 20mins tbh this place needs closed down it?s a constant issue and they aren?t doing anything to improve the services

Was in the shop today posting item women in red hair was very rude and attitude was awful had few parcel I think she needs to respect customers I had go post last item somewhere else moaning from her unreal if she not happy with parcel why take the job nothing get done about this happens again I take this further

The staff are absolutely rude to the core wouldn?t go back, take your parcels as the take yodel and they roll there eyes at ya, ridiculous the one with the red hair is the worst, try?s to dictate u what to do if u have a yodel parcel please avoid, wants to know all your information just nosey( red hair )

I send parcels once or twice a week, a few months ago one cashier started refusing to accept parcels, she said there was no room, I asked to talk to the manager, she called a red-haired woman and she said that she was the boss, I asked who the owners were, she said that she was the owner, there is no one else to complain to. There is always one cashier with a dissatisfied face teaching me how to pack, I said that I pack as best as possible, today March 6 at 14:08 I brought 2 parcels and when she saw me she said: "Oh Boy" and she also said that she had already told me to pack into another big box. I don?t understand how the cashier can tell me how to pack my parcels.I packed to best possible way. She was very aggressive. If she serves me like that again, I will complain further. The other cashiers: the guy and the blonde, are very polite, only this one is always dissatisfied.I dont know her name, but she served me today 6th of March at 14:08. Please explain her how to deal with customers .Thank you.

If you get the ginger lady serving don?t even pull into the place you?ll be there all day. This isn?t a new staff issue, she is clearly inept as she has worked there more than long enough to wrap her head around how to run the place.

Regular stop to fill up the works flatbed lorry the forecourt is spacious enough for manoeuvring in and out of.Staff are usually polite and shop always seems clean.Only niggle is that the fuel prices are always slightly higher than the Shell garage at the town centre.

Great staff. Very expenive, but you expect that from a garage. They have a Starbucks machine (no venti). They have a Greggs in store too.

If I could I would give 0 star, went twice with parcels and been sent back as they had full bag and could not accept my parcels, they should close drop off point if they cant accept parcels, absolutely unhelpful staff and manager.Going to contact trading standard and owner as they must provide same service for all customers, not just accept from ones and sent others to home.

Purchased 7kg butane gas bottle on Sunday 19th of February and when I tried to use the following Saturday (25th) I found that the gas wont come through to the fire. I returned today, Sunday 26th, to be told that I am unable to return the bottle as it was purchased more than 1 week prior. I have been told to contact Euro Garages who, conveniently have no contact number. Terrible customer service.
