Staff are rude they never have any food ready this is a constant issue going in and being told in a rude manner you have to wait 20mins tbh this place needs closed down it’s a constant issue and they aren’t doing anything to improve the services

Was in the shop today posting item women in red hair was very rude and attitude was awful had few parcel I think she needs to respect customers I had go post last item somewhere else moaning from her unreal if she not happy with parcel why take the job nothing get done about this happens again I take this further

The staff are absolutely rude to the core wouldn’t go back, take your parcels as the take yodel and they roll there eyes at ya, ridiculous the one with the red hair is the worst, try’s to dictate u what to do if u have a yodel parcel please avoid, wants to know all your information just nosey( red hair )
