Terrible service very unprofessional staff my Friend had to transfer his money he didn?t have app they took 1 hour to do at the end said sorry something went wrong he need to install the app to send it the staff always ignore customers worse bank service

Always freindly and very helpful staff work here. The layout of counters lets the business down especially when it gets busy . The queuing system gets very awkward.

Very dissatisfied that I can?t take out my own money in a large sum on saturdays. Seemingly they don?t do that now do what is a single worker to do? I do 60 hrs a week and the weekend is my time to do things.

I am a former customer, of 2yrs, of the RBS.. The glenrothes branch are amazing. The manager and her staff go above and beyond. Recently I had a small matter cropped up. I tried resolving over the telephone. Due to our current circumstances (covid) has an impact on the timescales of cases being handled. As my matter needed urgent attention! I visited the glenrothes branch. Guess what? Once again my concern was resolved within 24hrs. Thank you to ALL! I am forever grateful..

This has got to be one of the worst banks ever... i have countless bad experiences i could moan about but what's even more frustrating is that you look online to see if the bank is open and then upon travelling to the bank you find that it is actually still closed! This branch is VERY under staffed and like a previous review said they prefer gossiping rather than actually doing their job! I really need to change banks..

Very poor. Repeated visits have confirmed that you'll almost certainly have to wait forever because very few of the staff are there to help walk-in customers, and those that are tend to like a good chat with collegues and customers about non-bank related issues.
