Hi there! I had a lovely friendly and very thoughtful experience at my friend's who work at Rachs Ophthalmic Opticians in Glenrothes Fife.I received my appointment by telephone to collect my gorgeous new glasses and couldn't wait to get them fitted.The staff as always were excellent and my new glasses are superb!! They're different to my usual styles but I absolutely love them. The glasses were cleaned and fitted and I left really happy..The friendly service and atmosphere is so warm its a pleasure going there for my vision needs and the completely thorough checkup done previously made me feel and know I'm going to the BEST for my vision..I must mention the importance of Rachs!!Mr Rach's son discovered a huge problem in my eye and thanks to his professionalism and expertise I am now getting the correct treatment as he sent his findings to Eye Clinic at hospital immediately .My family feel confident and assured going to this family run Opticians and we are so lucky to have all that work there. Diane is such a clever professional lady who doesn't rush her appointments and friendly also.And Mrs Rach has such a friendly warmth and professionalism, tooALL the staff are excellent, you too Jamie!!

Clear and easy explanation of the process required to correct my eyesight.After my cataract operations I was given thorough eye checks by the optician.I have also received comprehensive advice about best reading glasses to use.

This is a very good Options they listen carefully to your needs and they spend time at getting things right and the staff aré very helpful and knowledgable at there job I would recommend this Optometrist for good service 2nd visit and once again excellent service to both me and my wife would recommend them you are not rushed

I enjoyed my experience of visiting Rach Optometrist today and even when arranging an appointment on the phone. I had been concerned about my eye health. At all stages the service was excellent from reception to optometrist to sales. I felt very relaxed throughout the whole process. I would thoroughly recommend Rach Optometrist.
