Unbelievable experience. I've came to ask about advice regarding my new iPhone I've got from O2 just yesterday, as it wasn't working properly. To my utter shock I was told they cannot help me fullstop. Like what! Beyond customer service parody. Canceling my contract now.

Very bad experience with one of the worker. Girl had really bad attitude and was unprofessional. Ask for pay as you go sim card and them almost make me new contract.Told me this was misunderstanding, but people be careful them have commission from contracts so they trays everything.

Sales guy with the ginger beard has an attitude that is the worst I?ve encountered in retail. Asking for advice on disconnecting a Virgin mobile account was a mistake. Trying to explain that the person using phone had passed away to be told who cares still going to charge you to end contract.Told him to forget it and his attitude stunk. No sign of a manager to complain too. Would avoid Glenrothes o2 store at all costs.

Have tried about 12 times to make contact by phone following issues with recent visit to store, no one ever answers and no facility to leave message will now result in having to physically do another visit. Not good customer care

only dealt with a chap over the phone, I was grateful I could still call the store and get through to someone who could help rather than a long list of pre recorded messages. He gave me all the updated info I needed, he was quick and had a lot of knowledge, I really appreciated the customer service given over the phone!

Worst customer service I?ve ever dealt with cannot change details in store but told me on phoneline they can so I travel across the county to the nearest store to be told they can?t in fact change the details in store they can?t even cancel a contract in store , call centre told me to head to store to do 2 things both things are apparently not possible in store so why send me there , will never have a o2 sim or phone again

Went with family. We were in queue to talk to staff, staff looked at us so she knew we were waiting. Then this woman cuts ahead of us right as she's finished, ignoring the line. The member of staff looks at us and then talks to her, ignoring the fact we were in the queue. We waited to voice our concerns until after as to not cause a problem. This was met with the staff just shrugging as if it was not her job. I mentioned it when we came back and was told if I continued I'd have to leave the store, so I left my family to do what they had to. They might be back, I certainly will not.

Hi I am 73 years old and had a problem with my phone about six weeks ago so I went to this store to see if anyone could help when I went in there was a staff member so he approached me and said can I help so I explained the situation to him this guy was heavy tattooed so when I was trying to show him about the phone he was just staring straight ahead he didn't seem very interested but this guy was definitely on some sort of drug he started getting agitated and said I'm going to ask you to leave the store shop he then called for security so I just left I could not believe this

Absolutely horendous service from Sam currently paying for 2 I watches so I says to Sam 1st is bout and paid for she just looked at me and said nothing we can do.
Can?t approach them what chance we got shocking service won?t be back.

Had a big shopping list .They were busy dealing with customers as well as 2 incredibly rude, exceptionally obnoxious and entitled customers.I was given a time slot about 30 minutes after I walked into their shop which was superb and they texted me to ask me to make my way back into their store .They helped me with everything & nothing was too much trouble .I had to go back the following day due to a lost phone , etc , etc ??.same again ??super kind , friendly , helpful , patient ( I?m not the sharpest knife in the drawer with tech )???I even went back twice within an hour of leaving and they sorted out my ? challenges ?.Can?t recommend highly enough .Great team work , friendly , patient and can help even the most ?tech challenged ? !Terrific team !Many thanksShona
