How long does it take to make a PLAIN cheeseburger? An error in the app forced me to ask at the front desk, but nearly 10 mins later, my 5 year old son asks me to hurry up. Eventually, when I do receive the plain cheeseburger, the rest of my food is cold and my family have finished theirs.
Free advice - deal with the complaint first. Especially one that takes, 2 minutes at most.

Every single time I come here and go through the drive through I have to park up and wait 10-15+ minutes even when it?s for something like 6 nuggets. Very annoying and inconvenient

Don't bother requesting any sauces with your nuggets on a delivery. They have never been in the bag. Not once.

USELESS! How hard is it to read an order from a screen and put items in a bag? Impossible it would seem as my order is ALWAYS WRONG! Considering the abysmally slow service you think they?d at least spend the time making sure orders go out correctly but apparently not. And just to add, it was the STORE MANAGER who bagged my food and served it. Qualifications needed to work here? You just need one brain cell.

Went in for breakfast, guy was just hurrying us along the entire time didn't feel like a customer just felt like a burden. Food tasted good but they were tight on the bacon 1 slice in a flat bread ?.

It's not fast food. There were about 9 orders waiting and 3 of these were staff on a break. Waited 20 minutes in total

Restaurant was cold, had to wait 25 mins for breakfast which arrived cold only the hash browns were hot, even coffee was tepid ?? and that could be said about the staff too won?t be back there !
