Fantastic photographic tutorial enabled us to diagnose and repair our fridge freezer (replace broken fan motor). The part came in 48 hrs (2-5 days promised) and we have managed the repair ourselves - just the cost of the part. Thank you to Gordon and Nina. Brilliant service.

My oven went on fire,so I contacted this company. Nina was so helpful & understanding,she booked me in for a repair & few days later,Gordon turned up to look at my oven. The thermostat had gone,so he needed to order the part. He was such a lovely guy,understanding & helpful & lovely to chat to. Gordon replaced thermostat today,checked temperature after to put my mind at ease & really happy to use my oven again. Excellent price for the work that was done! When my oven broke at the beginning of December the engineer came out the next day, friendly, knowledgable and had the part to hand and completed the repair quickly and to a high standard. Our fridge freezer was repeatedly tripping the electrics in our house. Trying to find a fridge freezer repair person locally was hard to come by. Luckily Gordon came out and confirmed quite quickly the fault was with our heater element for the evaporator. He firstly isolated the faulty part to stop the electrics being tripped and came out a week later to fit the replacement. Top class service and for a decent price. We purchased the main board for our caravan fridge that had started to make a clicking noise but didn't show any fault codes. On further investigation we discovered that the main board was the culprit. Looking through Google we found Kingdome Appliance Care and the board was well priced (far cheaper than a new fridge). The part came in good time and was fitted by our friendly technician ready for our next trip out. All is now good and we are very happy with it, no more clicking, so no more worrying. Excellent service from friendly personnel, Nina in the showroom and repair by Gordon. I thought it was drum belt, but Gordon quickly narrowed the problem to worn motor brushes which he had on the van and replaced. Asking if I should replace the belt while the integrated appliance was out, he said to save the money as there was no need. Service completed within 26hrs of first communication of fault. Fantastic service. Nina was really helpful when I phoned and as promised phoned the day before to let me know the approx time. Ordered a replacement part for my Kenwood fridge freezer. They website was easy to use and the videos showing how to replace the part were fantastic and I was able to do it myself and 1 year on it still works perfect. Would highly recommend.
