The young lad who helped us today was very good even though he couldn't find one of the shoes, didn't bother us in the least ,as we knew it would work out. Reagan on the other hand seemed to be very annoyed at the lad , no name , but he had red hair, she was very abrupt towards him( huffing and puffing) Infront of customers and very dismissive of him ,she should remember, we're not all perfect, and we can make mistakes, but the lad doesn't need that , he was trying his best and just needed a little help .

N9 one picks up the phone for store absolutey shocking. Rang on two consecutive days about 20 times each day. No answer. Hopelessly run store.

Expensive but good quality stuff it has all your sporting goods covered whether it be baseball caps or a hoodie or a football shirt of your favourite club they have it covered I would recommend

Staff member refused to take our gift card from birthday stating JD no longer take them , clearly says on the gift card it does and so starts arguing with us in the store , absolutely disgusting behavior from the staff member, We asked for her name and she said your not getting my name and turned her larnyard over.Official complaint in so hope it gets dealt with

Wife went into collect an order for our daughter, who had covid. Young girl on till not very helpful. She asked for photo id for our daughter. When my wife enquired about kind of photo evidence, they stood a giggled at her. We did eventually, get the parcel. But certainly not very professional approach to customers.
