This shop used to be one of the best that I knew in Scotland but since a couple took over, everything is so very expensive... I've left the shop today and went to normal shops with new stuff that's much cheaper these days.Such a shame, I used to love this shop but isn't worth it shopping there anymore ?

Phoned to donate a sideboard and that it would cost £35? But shopped in there many a time. Bought two Italian leather sofas back in the day and now they need a recover, but they are the best sofas, comfortable and stay plump, the leather doesn?t stick in summer or freeze in winter. Bought a few pieces of bric a brac and clothing through the time? shop is dark as anything though.

Donated items today as ive bought and donated regularly. I returned later to look around and observed one of the workers behind the counter looking through my donation laughing pulling out the jewellery saying oh kinky and stupid comments about it to another collegue. What was in the bag was a ladies full length witch dress and jewellery to match and it definitely wasn't KINKY.If my hubby had not been with me I would have asked for my donation back and gone elsewhere.

A massive floorspace.Staff are very helpful. They will measure furniture items for you and write them down for you.Or vice versa, if you have sizes of furniture space you have and you find something you like they will assist.

Reasonably priced goods just make sure you own a van or a large car because home delivery is extortionate £35.00 a bit steep I've had delivery from other stores outside glenrothes for less for example I visited another store in Dunfermline bought 2 large pieces of furniture and paid £25.00 for delivery not saying it's a bad place just buy small items or be prepared to pay delivery

A little disappointed today. I always try to give to charity before wasting good items. However, after taking my couch down here today, I was confronted with an attitude from a young man at the back door who was sitting having a cigarette on a couch someone else has gifted, along with 3 others couches around him, only to be told I couldn't drop it at the clear goods in, instead I gad to carry it through the town with my 70 year old Dad. Then was told to just take it to the skip as he didn't care. Clearly not as interested in raising funds for a great a much deserved charity.Shame on you

Great selection of audio and visual disks. A bit pricey on their Blu-ray selection compared to other charity shops but they have a larger range. Clothes on racks and labelled from x small to xxl. Loads of furniture shame that alot of it had a tag that it was sold. Large selection of decorations.

Promised to collect. Took day off work when short staffed. Husband phoned to check they were still coming and they still didn't bother to show and didn't even phone to apologise! Obviously the Heroes don't mean that much to them!

The shop is not in contact with the men that come to collect. They charge £25 to deliver.I was speaking to an ex hero he said where does the money go from here.it goes to England he had been in a coma for 11 days and not expected to live. A more helpful man you couldn?t of met shocking.

First class. The money is going to real heroes. Britain should be proud of these guys.

Very low level charity shop, seems to be no selection process for sale items
