We hadn't booked, but they found us a space. Such a relaxing, and peaceful atmosphere despite almost every table being occupied (which we now understand why!)Lovely, welcoming staff, especially Jane, whose suggestion to have a break before deciding on dessert, was the best idea because it would have been a shame to not have had that gorgeous sticky toffee pudding and fruit crumble. Beautiful food; onion rings so amazing we ordered more ( I didn't want to have to share), a schnitzel that required a 'moment' when I had the last bite to truly appreciate it and desserts that were heavenly! Even my latte was perfect. A last minute weekend escape made special by a visit here. Will definitely find an excuse to return.

Jane & Soph in particular are the main reason that place runs so effectively. They never stop, the acknowledge and communicate well with customers. Overall the staff team are brilliant and make the vibe and place a better experience. I definitely recommend this for anyone looking to be satisfied.

I was at your restaurant on Saturday night (27/4) and was very disappointed. I have been many times before and have always had the best service and lovely meal. Never any issues, infact I always recommend it to others. However on Saturday night the atmosphere was very different. The waiting staff were pleasant but not very attentive. We had to wait a while on our drinks. Our meals came out but we had no cutlery. I asked twice for cutlery but my husband had to end up getting it himself. My husband got the wrong meal and then had to wait on the right meal. I had to wait on my side portion of chips. Which meant we were all eating at different times. We asked to see desert menus this also took a while. No one approached us during our meal to ask if everything was ok? The meal wasnt worth the money that we paid for it.Your restaurant didn?t appear to look busy either. I wouldn?t recommend you on this occasion and it will be a while before me & my family will be back. I really hope Saturday was just a bad night, as I?ve said I have had many lovely nights at your restaurant.

Two of our grandchildren gave us a voucher for Fettykil Fox. We have now used the voucher. The meal was excellent, cooked to perfection and the young staff were very helpful and friendly. The room is cosy and parking very easy. Altogether, a very pleasant evening. We shall certainly return. Well done all staff and thank you.

Excellent service. Waitress (Fiona) was lovely, friendly and well informed about food etc Had the lamb duo and my partner had the seabass. Both fabulous! We were both so full we couldn?t have a pudding! A 1st for us!

Our family are regulars for meals. We are always met with a smile and great service. We are on first name terms with most of the staff(Jane, Sophie and Cassey). The whole dining experience is always great. First class food and service. An added bonus is the offers we get by email and from the app.

Just had an end of holiday Sunday Lunch which was delicious. Was planning on having pudding but no room. Lovely atmosphere and busy for a driech January Sunday. Service from Kara was attentive but not too much. Fab all together!

Me and my family came for Christmas Day dinner and it was EXCELLENT! The service was fantastic, everyone was super friendly and happy to help. We were not rushed and the food was amazing! Would highly recommend and will be back next year for Christmas

Had the Seasonal Menu last night. Fantastic service, tasty food and in a really lovely setting. Was our wedding anniversary, so it was especially nice getting a quiet table so we could relax. Thanks Jane and the lady who was also working (sorry, never got your name). Cheers - George & Jane
